Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Fytte (the "app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Health Disclaimer

Fytte is a wellness and self-care app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The techniques offered are intended for general stress relief and nervous system regulation.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services. Do not use Fytte as a substitute for professional medical care.

Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury.

Subscription Terms

Fytte offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Fytte+ Annual: $39.99/year (with 7-day free trial)
• Fytte+ Weekly: $2.99/week

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; Fytte does not process refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share the app's audio, text, or visual content
• Use the app in any way that could harm, disable, or impair Fytte's services or infrastructure
• Use the app in violation of any applicable law or regulation

Intellectual Property

All content in Fytte — including practice audio, written guidance, illustrations, and programs — is owned by Fytte or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license terminates if you violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Fytte is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fytte and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to any outcomes you experience from practicing the techniques.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
